Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is returned in a saleable, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.

Returned items must arrive intact. We strongly recommend using tracked or recorded delivery for any returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
