Processing Time
All orders are prepared with care.
Paper prints are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Limited edition, made-to-order, and commissioned works are produced specifically for each order and have a longer lead time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Shipping Destinations
Paper prints are shipped locally from the following countries:
Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
Metal prints are produced and shipped from South Africa.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.
Delivery Times

Local: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch

International destinations: approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch
Metal prints (shipped from South Africa):

International destinations: approximately 10–21 business days after dispatch
Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, local courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors may affect delivery and are beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.
Packaging & Handling
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Large-scale metal works and limited editions are packed using protective materials appropriate to their size and value.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the artwork.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers once the order has been dispatched, but we will assist you in submitting a claim where possible.
